Committing to a new weight loss plan can be daunting… especially as a busy mom.  “Is this going to help me?” “Can I do this?” “Will this work for me?”

I’ve been there. I’ve been the busy mom with no idea what to do or what to eat to get fit. I’ve been the busy mom with no idea what to do next once I hit a plateau or wasn’t seeing the results I wanted.

I’ve been the busy mom feeling guilty for spending money, time, and energy on myself.

But then…

I realized that when mama feels good, everybody benefits! I realized that it was time to get fit and healthy and stop making excuses as to why I couldn’t as a busy mom.  Being a busy mom was the reason I NEEDED TO DO IT! 

Is that why you are here?  Do you know deep down that enough is enough?  Do you know that now, it’s time to take care of YOU too and not just your family?

Now I’m the busy mom that figured it out and started feeling fearless, bad ass, and helped coach other women & mamas just like you to feel the same way I did! All of this happened because I started and took action.  Sometimes I took small steps, but I made a decision to step towards becoming the woman I knew was inside of me. Strong, energetic and empowered to live a full life.

I am driven to do what I do because…

MY NAME IS BROOKE HEKI

and I have been right where you are. As a busy mom of two young boys, I know how difficult it can be to find the time to workout. But, I also know that when I take the time to strengthen my body, it has a positive impact on my daily life as a mom.

The reality is, if you don’t make time for yourself, you’re doing a disservice to those depending on you. You don’t have to think of it as taking time away from your family, think of it as giving back to them with a more energetic, vibrant, and healthier you.

I like to say that in living a fit lifestyle, I am actually giving a gift to my kids: teaching them the importance of fitness, and helping them make good and healthy choices. I even work out with my kids at our team boot camp twice a week, which can be a great way to stay connected as a family.
